References to "Bovingdon Airport Solution," "we," or "us" pertain to the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, particularly for airport transfers requiring adherence to flight check-in schedules. Any delays resulting from your failure to allocate ample time or readiness for collection at the appointed time are not the responsibility of Bovingdon Airport Solution.
2.2 Ordering a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Bovingdon Airport Solution does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, a child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should communicate this requirement at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you and excludes VAT unless otherwise specified. Any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted amount in the event of material changes to the itinerary.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period incurs additional charges at the standard Bovingdon Airport Solution waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Bovingdon Airport Solution of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior is the responsibility of the individual making the booking. Charges may apply for cleaning costs if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.
4.2 Consumption of food, drinks, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations and cannot exceed the stipulated passenger limit.
5.1 Timely cancellation is essential. If a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, charges will apply based on the driver's time and distance covered.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges on the original payment.
6.1 While we strive for punctuality, Bovingdon Airport Solution is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We bear no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You shall not hold Bovingdon Airport Solution liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any actions or omissions of individuals in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Bovingdon Airport Solution may subcontract obligations outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions by updating this page. Review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 Information processing adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bovingdon Airport Solution and yourself.
8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Bovingdon Airport Solution.
